Our world of today certainly holds varying thoughts about Christianity. While some are of the view that Christianity still holds water and must be seriously revered as it was in the days of MOSES and JESUS, a large number of people think otherwise and are optimistic that it could be distinct in the near future.
Ghanaian rapper/composer and visual artist, Worlasi may have given a clue of his stand on this issue with his latest Music video for his 2019 hit single dubbed ‘Pawa’.
The musician who’s readying a joint EP with Sena Dagadu for the market is seen in the video leading some awkward characters in handling the affairs of a church. The church is seen to have its own clubhouse, where all forms of unclean acts go on.
In the same video, there seem to be a focus on sexuality and dishonesty in the church building. This development in the video has caused much uproar in the social media space as most social media users and showbiz enthusiasts have condemned the video, saying it is against the norms of the church and that Worlasi has gone on a wrong tangent this time.
Meanwhile, a cross-section of the Public has applauded Worlasi for taking up the challenge to outdoor what they call “an expose on Christianity’.
