Musicians are suffering in Ghana and My colleagues in the industry are not helping me – ShattaWale

Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in showbiz circles as Shatta Wale has count to say that the musicians in Ghana are really suffering and facing financial difficulties.

Aside that the key industry players and musicians are not helping him to succeed on certain projects he wants to undertake to help promote or push Ghanaian songs beyond the boundaries of Ghana and Africa at large.

In an interview sighted on Joy Fm yesterday by, Shatta Wale said;

“Musicians are suffering in Ghana. Some people have washed cars and the likes. My colleagues are not helping me”

We cannot state categorically what triggered the dancehall artiste to make such statements.

But Shatta Wale in his quest to ensure that Ghana’s music industry becomes a standard that many other countries will look up to has stepped on several toes.

He has consistently described his colleagues as poor people indicating that he is the only artiste in the country who is rich.

Could this be true ? Or he’s doing this for attention.
